Service Description

Our Youth Yoga is our newest class for our munchkins ages 6-12. This class is utilizing both Floor Yoga and Aerial Hammock work to build strength, agility, stability, flexibility, Movement coordination, and so much more while teaching our youth to use their imagination, learn breathing techniques, coping exercises for anxiety and or triggers, and ways to express themselves. Our Youth might be small in size, but all of our emotions are big. This class allows them the safe space to express themselves while encouraging them to grow, bloom, and keep them safe in a God Centered Facility. *Memberships, passes, and 3rd party vouchers are not available for the SZG workshop*
