Service Description

This Workshop is a specialized Series that is designed to understand Trauma and how it affects the body, mind, and spirit when trapped in the body. Areas as to where can hold onto trauma, learning breathing techniques, coping skills to prevent melt downs from triggers, learning ways to slowly release the trauma trapped within the muscles. Each Series or Part of the Workshop will address trauma with either Massage techniques, yoga stretches on the floor and in the hammock, Sound Therapy as well as with Crystals.
