Restorative Wellness is a floor stretching class that emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This floor class becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. The calming sequences help increase flexibility while creating space and integrity in the joints . These gentle poses held for longer periods of time release tension from the joints while removing blockages for increased circulation and relaxation. This is a great class for those who are not wanting the Aerial Hammock or whose bodies are not quite ready for it.
