Mommy & Me or Daddy & Me is a great way to bond with your little one while getting a great workout and experiencing Stretching, Strengthening, and flipping upside down. Parents you get to not only experience the fun with your little one, but also learn how keep your little one safe. For ages 4-9 years. *Memberships, passes, and 3rd party vouchers are not available for the SZG workshop*
