Service Description

Our Restorative Yoga class is the yummy, gentle, healing side of AntiGravity's Aerial Yoga. This powerful method focuses the mind through powerful visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. The technique features full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. This Class is by reservation ONLY and must be confirmed and paid online or at the studio for prior to session. For this session fees are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable.
